Sr. Java Developer

To effectively implement a given requirement, the developer should gain an understanding on the business domain and the application framework.

As a senior developer, you will be responsible for a submodule in the application.

All changes and defects on the submodule will have to do as per schedule on organization quality levels

Coding, Unit Testing, Profiling, Debugging and Defect Fixes

Quality of deliverable, Adherence to schedule

Primary Skills : JAVA, ms SQL server, Weblogic, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Web Service

Behavioral Skills : Good Attitude, Analytical thinking, Interpersonal Effectiveness

A strong foundation on Core Java

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL. Ability to understand complex queries

Experience in Java web and Cornwell versed with popular IDEs - Eclipse or similar understanding of standard unit testing practices understanding of best practices in coding experience in JEE concepts - JMS, JTA, JNDI, JTAPL\SQL is an added advantage

Experience with application servers - Weblogic or similar experience in SOAP Web Services

Background in Code review and other code quality methods good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills

Good communications skills with spoken written English Good interpersonal skills.
