Role & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring adherence to data privacy and confidentiality.
• Recruitment and Staffing: responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates for job vacancies.
• Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
• Required to coordinate the on boarding process for new hires.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluent in English
• Persuasive with strong negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with HRIS systems, Reporting, HR practices/Procedures, Benefits and Compensation will be considered also a plus.
• Ability to write business letters/emails
• Ability to prepare MIS reports
