Nursing Tutor / Nursing Lecturer

Role & responsibilities

Teach and mentor nursing students in theoretical and clinical settings

- Develop and implement lesson plans, curriculum, and assessment tools

- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and guide students in achieving learning objectives

- Conduct clinical demonstrations, workshops, and simulation-based learning activities

- Collaborate with other faculty members, healthcare professionals, and clinical partners

- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field will be given priority. However BSc Nursing with minimum 1 year experience or fresh graduates may also apply subject to having a valid KNC certificate..

- Teaching experience in a reputable nursing institution (preferably 2-3 years)

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and current trends

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice

- Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality improvement

- Published research papers or presentations in reputable nursing conferences

- Certification in nursing education or a related field
