Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and GST support. Training will be provided for client-specific software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Enter purchase and sales entries accurately in Tally.
2. Invoice Management: Upload invoices on client platforms like Ariba (training will be provided).
3. Bank Transfers: Process CMS transfers to vendors and other parties.
4. Tax Support: Assist the senior accountant in GST computation.
5. Petty Cash: Record daily petty cash transactions in the cash notebook.
6. Voucher Preparation: Write and maintain payment and receipt vouchers.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn client-specific platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred, but freshers with Tally knowledge can apply.
