M Intergraph Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 7 years of extensive experience in accounting, with a strong focus on GST, e-way bills, and GST audit. This is an on-site position, and having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage for managing bank and other statutory work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all accounting transactions.

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing of GST returns and handling GST audits.

- Handle e-way bills and related documentation.

- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.

- Prepare financial statements and reports.

- Knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit) and BG (Bank Guarantee) documents is essential.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies.

- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Extensive working experience with GST, e-way bills, and GST audits.

- Strong knowledge of LC and BG documents.

- Proven ability to manage financial statements and reports.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A two-wheeler for managing bank and other statutory work is preferred.
