Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers who visit the filling station
• Operate fuel pumps and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of fuel pumps, fuel islands, and other equipment
• Monitor fuel levels in underground storage tanks and order fuel deliveries as needed
• Accurately record fuel and merchandise sales, and reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations governing the storage and handling of petroleum products
• Assist in stocking and merchandising the convenience store and maintaining inventory levels

Requirements:

• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in transactions and record-keeping
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for handling fuel and other hazardous materials
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred

Desired Candidate skills:

• Experience – 0.6 months to 3 years.
• B.com, M.com, BBA.
