Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role & responsibilities

• Handling replacement of key and sub professional of all ongoing projects.
• Finalizing CV from INFRACON portal according to eligibility criteria of original candidate in the project with comparison sheet.
• Finalize all sub professional and mobilize to our respective site offices.
• Sending Offer Letter and Consent Letter of Finalized candidate.
• Coordinate with the candidate till the mobilization at site.
• Updating accounts department with new joining staff at site with joining report. Daily update from site office through coordination with office manager.
• Handle all queries related to salary, PF & ESI deduction from site offices!
• Submit new joined staff joining form with documents to accounts department.
• Monthly attendance follow-up with office manager to get attendance sheet on time.
• Checking of salary sheet of all ongoing projects if any staff was not present at site inform to Accounts department to hold their salary.
• Prepare letter for replacement of any candidate.
• Draft letter as per instruction of Technical Head regarding reply of contractor letter.
• Familiar with all INFRACON procedure. Working knowledge on INFRACON Portal Responsible for Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates, screening, short listing candidate sourced through portal and validating them on their experience and interest on the role , Prepare Team for selected project & Replacement of Key Personnel & Sub Professional. CV preparation and evaluation as per RFP Criteria handling all projects related to NHAI, NHIDCL, MORTH, BRO etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in BDE (Business Development Executive) role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of Cv Screening, Tender Analysis, Tender Preparation, Tendering, and Tender Searching skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
