Responsibilities

• To managing and oversee entire outbound operations of the Company
• To oversee the packing, loading, and timely dispatch of goods.
• To ensure picking orders are being distributed to pickers in order of priority and monitor the exaction of work is as per plan.
• To ensure proper QC has been done for goods picked and the packing is eing done as per order.
• To ensure team has been given proper work and monitoring work is being done within the timelines
• Should have leadership and training abilities to train and manage team
• Should be able to coordinate with logistics teams, carrier, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols and SOP.
• Identify areas for efficiency and suggest best industry practices for implementation.
• To ensure KPIs are being met and deviation if any is being discussed with team and adhered.
• To ensure reports are being submitted on timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• More than 5 years of experience in outbound related warehouse operations
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a must.

Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure.
