Bachelor s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) may be preferred. Proven experience in project management, preferably in contract manufacturing or related industries. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to manufacturing operations

Liaise with contract manufacturers to align project goals and timelines. Strategic & tactical planning execution for Contract Manufacturing sources.
Proactively manage contract manufacturing execution and planning to support high volume manufacturing.
Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Evaluate and select appropriate contract manufacturers based on capabilities, capacity, and cost.
Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
Manufacturing process that enhances customer satisfaction, accelerate supply chain ramp to volume, reduce cost and closely monitor inventory levels.
Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and minimize project impact
Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
