A Bachelor s degree/Diploma/ITE/NTC in engineering discipline.
3 years experience in technical equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing with good knowledge in mechanical or electrical will be added advantage.
Proficiency in Excel, Solid work or Inventor or Autocad software will be added advantage.
Computer skills including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Excel spreadsheet experience will be added advantages

Define the test setup
To support customer service call by going on site, phone support or remote support to troubleshoot and repair our product and services
Providing technical expertise to customers includes working with customers to maintain and repair purchased products or services.
Take ownership of service queries and proactively and timely follow through to resolution.
Prepares, maintains, and submits reports and records, such as service records and personnel reports and timesheet.
Ensure all customers queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the next level.
Record all customer feedback, identify and escalate recurring or consistent problems with systems functionality to product and development team for product improvement.
Working with marketing teams includes providing customer feedback regarding product capabilities.
Conduct technical training to customer on our product and services.
Maintain and upkeep manuals and other product documentation.
Maintain positive customer relations through professional interactions with customer.
