Interior Designer

Job Description : The Interior Designer will work on residential, commercial, and/or retail projects, conceptualizing and designing interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the clients needs and vision. You will be responsible for transforming spaces by selecting appropriate color schemes, furniture, fixtures, and layouts while ensuring a harmonious blend of style and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget.
• Space Planning: Develop floor plans and layouts that optimize the use of space and ensure a practical flow.
• Concept Development: Create mood boards, sketches, design concepts to present to clients.
• Design Development: Select materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories that align with the projects goals and client specifications.
• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and source materials, furniture, and décor that meet the budget and design requirements. Coordinate purchasing and delivery of products.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure the design is executed according to plan, on time, and within budget.
• Budget Management: Track and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are kept within the approved limits while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the installation and implementation of designs, ensuring attention to detail and quality standards are met.
• Project Management: Ensure timely and smooth project progression, including coordinating schedules and communicating with all parties involved in the design process.
• Client Presentations: Present design ideas to clients through sketches, mood boards, and digital mockups, and make adjustments based on feedback.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and relevant.
