A Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, or related field

Banking domain experience
Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, including collaborative workflows and design system creation.
Accessibility Standards Expertise: Strong understanding of WCAG compliance to design for inclusivity across mobile and web platforms.
Design System Development: Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems for web portals and mobile consultancy.
HTML, CSS Fundamentals: Basic hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies to ensure seamless collaboration with developers.
User-Centered Design Principles: Demonstrated ability to design intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces aligned with usability best practices.
