Quality Assurance Automation Lead - Manual Testing (8-12 yrs)

- Applications are invited for the position of Lead QA Manual/Automation for Web App with Telecom expertise, working for one of Luxoft's clients as part of a telecom test solution engineering team.

- The successful candidate will work as a key telecom test solution Engineering team member.

- We are contributing to a family of products used for functional, system integration, capacity, and stress testing in the lab.

- We emulate up to 1,000 mobile devices across multiple cells to set up and test 4G and 5G Base Stations.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with development engineering, product management, and the customer solution engineering team to test and validate feature functionality and system test profiles for data center networks, network security, and routing technologies.

- Develop test strategy, test topology, and test plan to validate the features end-to-end at scale with network security considerations.

- Understand various customer deployments and solutions across data center networks, security, routing, and switching and validate customer profiles.

- Execute test cases and validate the solution end-to-end and document the test results on performance, scale, and security.

- Collaborate with the development team to translate software requirements into high-quality test automation suites.

- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues work closely with the engineering team on the failures and validate the fixes.

- Develop automation for the end-to-end solution validation and integrate the automation for seamless validation.

- Finding and alleviating architectural bottlenecks, providing solutions that truly help our customers achieve the same.

- Review customer deployments and customer-found issues and address any gaps in the test coverage.

- Involve in customer deployments and customer escalations and help the customers to deploy in the customer environment.

Skills :

- Overall QA background of 8+ years.

- Experience in a QA Lead role for a minimum of 2 years, customer-facing and tech lead exposure handling a QA team.

- QA experience in Agile SCRUM team having a QA Automation role focused on WebUI automated testing (e.g usage of Selenium WebDriver).

- Java programming knowledge is required 4+ years.

- Automated Testing for WebUI 4+ years, experience in test harness or framework development.

- Work hands-on experience with containerized deployments Docker/Kubernetes.

- Agile delivery experience.

- Experience in performance, scale, and convergence testing analyzing performance-related issues, and improving the performance and convergence at the system level.

- Ability to develop and publish solution validation documents and test reports.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
