Ecad Engineer

1. Understanding of electrical and electronic components working, symbols and their types.

2. Experienced in the design of complex Analog, digital, and power multi-layer printed circuit

boards for high-density and high-speed design using through-hole, SMT, fine-pitch, and

BGA components, EMI& EMC considerations.

3. Hands-on with multi-layers Power, Analog & Digital mixed PCB layout design

using Altium/PADS.

4. Experience in high-speed net routing, controlled impedance, differential pair routing and

usage of blind & buried vias.

5. Understanding, basics of circuit schematics, microcontroller, Mosfet/IGBT drivers, BMS,

Solar application, SMPS, IOT devices, EV chargers, GTI, different communication interface

components etc.

6. Very good knowledge of relevant IPC design standards for Library creation, PCB design

and Schematic Entry

7. Simulation knowledge in Ansys is a plus.

8. New component Schematic level symbol creation and related tool library management.

9. New component footprint creation, assignment, and related tool library management.

10. Drawing Schematics with clear understanding and PCB layouts design under timelines.

11. Knowledge of safety; creepage, clearance, working voltage level and environments etc.

12. Output files generation, communication with PCB manufacturers for PCB manufacturing,

layout design bugs if any exist and clarification, BOM preparation and assist in PCBA job

done.

13. Willing to learn new schematic and PCB layout tools, PLM software.

14. Experience & desirable: 5 to 6 years hands-on experience with industries
