IICS Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IICS Lead to join our growing team. As a leader in Cloud Data Integration, you will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of IICS-based data integration and transformation solutions for diverse business needs.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design scalable architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement data pipelines, mappings, workflows, and integrations using IICS tools like Data Integration, Application Integration, and Data Quality.
• Optimize data integration processes for performance, scalability, and security while ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing hands-on technical support and fostering their professional growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and provide timely solutions to ensure seamless data flow.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cloud data integration and recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are on time and meet quality expectations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Data Integration and ETL, with at least 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Application Integration (AI), and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Proficiency in developing complex mappings, workflows, and task flows in IICS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related data services (e.g., S3, Azure Data Lake, BigQuery).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of shell scripting, Python, or similar languages to support automation and custom solutions.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data governance principles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Informatica certifications in IICS or related modules.
• Experience leading technical teams in agile project environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven data solutions is a plus.
