Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role will serve as a critical bridge between our Sales Enablement, Growth, and FinOps teams, driving insights from revenue data to enhance our growth strategies, client retention and client profitability.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Revenue analysis & reporting:
o Track, report, analyse, and model revenue data
o Utilize customer-level revenue data to derive insights and analyse past customer trends to re-align customer acquisition and growth strategies.
o Develop and maintain dashboards for revenue intelligence.
Collaboration:
o Coordinate with and between Sales Enablement, Growth, and FinOps teams to maximize revenue growth .
o Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss insights and actionable strategies based on revenue analysis.
Customer Acquisition & Lifetime Value:
o Track and analyse the cost of customer acquisition, develop strategies to optimize it and identify areas for improvement.
o Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and other market activities to identify new opportunities for revenue generation.
Revenue oriented pperational efficiency:
o Streamline processes across teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue.
o Implement best practices in revenue operations and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Expected competencies and skills:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and revenue intelligence platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
Master s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, revenue intelligence, sales operations, or a similar relevant role.
Experience in the B2B professional services industry
Experience working in a US-centric time zone.
