Assistant Manager - Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working Capital and Term Loan requirement:

• Close Coordination with Group companies and Subsidiary companies for Fresh Working Capital and Term Loan Requirements
• Preparation of Projections and CMA data for Banks
• Documentation related to Sanction along-with pre and post disbursement requirements

2. Management of Existing Sanctions:

• Keeping a Track of timely renewal of Limits with all banks.
• Complete Documentation related to Term Loan and Working Capital Sanctions.

3. Banking Compliance:

• Ensuring all sanction related Compliance (e.g. Stock Statement, UFCE, Covenants Certificate, QIS)
• External Credit Ratings with proper information sharing with External Agency.
• Close coordination with all companies for sharing Information related to Stock Audit

Skills required:

Good Communication skills with the ability to handle Multiple Bankers

Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, MS Excel) and Strong analytical skills.
