Roles & Responsbility-

• Account Receivable Management: Handling the collection of outstanding payments from clients, ensuring accurate records of payments, and following up on overdue invoices.
• Daily Bank Statement Update: Reconciling the company's bank accounts on a daily basis by updating bank transactions into the accounting system, ensuring all entries are accurate.
• Invoice Submission to Clients: Preparing and sending invoices to clients for services or products provided, ensuring timely submission and tracking.
• Regular Payment Advice Requests from Clients and Updates in Tally: Actively requesting payment advice from clients to confirm received payments, and updating these details in the Tally accounting software for accurate record-keeping.
• Monthly Booking of Salary in Tally: Entering the monthly payroll details (including salary payments) into the Tally software for proper accounting and financial reporting.
• Miscellaneous Work as Required by Management: Assisting with additional tasks or ad-hoc work assigned by management to support the smooth operation of financial processes.
