Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field; Master s or Ph.D. preferred.
Proven track record of leadership in aerospace component design, development, and analysis.
In-depth understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in using advanced simulation and analysis software.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of driving innovation.
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
