• Developing Advanced Analytics Models : Designing and implementing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business decisions.
• Data-Driven Solutions : Creating and deploying data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Data Quality and Integrity : Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data sources and collection methods.
• Algorithm Development : Building algorithms to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Collaboration : Working with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise solutions.
• Mentorship : Guiding and mentoring junior data scientists and providing expert advice.
• Presentation : Communicating data insights to stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.

• 5+ years of experience.
• 4 - 5 years experience as a Data Scientist.

• Technical Expertise : Proficiency in statistics, machine learning, data mining, and big data technologies.
• Programming Skills : Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Java, Pyspark, MLOps
• Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and solve problems.
• Communication : Ability to present findings clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understand post ML model deployment steps like model drift, data drift.

Good to Have : Relevant retail domain experience and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
