Roles & Responsibilities

1. Candidate who has 5-7 years relevant experience, Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale learning initiatives from conception to implementation. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. sales and marketing L&D and training is mandatory

2.MBA in HR not mandatory if the candidate has good experience
Need candidates with not just execution but design experience as well
They should be able to understand the needs of specific sales & mareting audiences and have ability to customize the training programs

Someone who was in sales before and moved to L&D will work but minimum 3 years of L&D experience required

If we do not get candidates managing end-to-end L&D in the years of experience mentioned, we can go to 8 to 9 years too.
