3D Printing Expert

We are looking for skilled 3D Printing Experts (interns or experienced professionals) who are passionate about additive manufacturing and prototyping. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in 3D printing, design software, and material science or should be actively pursuing a related degree with relevant project experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate, calibrate, and maintain various 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.).
Design and modify 3D models using CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Optimize printing parameters for different materials and applications.
Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure high-quality print output.
Conduct post-processing of 3D prints (sanding, painting, polishing, etc.).
Research and experiment with new 3D printing materials and technologies.
Work closely with the engineering team to develop prototypes and final products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Familiarity with slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, Simplify3D, etc.).
Understanding of different 3D printing materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, Resin, etc.).
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot printing and design issues.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Material Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):
Prior experience in professional 3D printing projects.
Knowledge of 3D scanning and reverse engineering.
Experience in post-processing techniques and finishing methods.
