Job Description
- To maintain, follow-up and improvise the quality management system of Lotus Technicals.
- Take monthly audits as per plan for documents.
- Take process audits as per plan.
- Coordinate with external auditors for inspection of QMS.
- Training and guiding internal auditors on a regular basis.
- Keep himself / herself abreast with the latest addition of QMS systems as per ISO standards and
- update the management on new requirements.
- Implement new systems as per requirement of company operations and standards.
- Ensure the QMS processes and systems are followed within the organizations.
- Ensure that the QMS stakeholders are trained on a regular basis.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Must have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- Must have good verbal and written communication.
- Must have good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be a good team player.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Must have the Quality Management System s knowledge.
- Must be aware of the ISO standards.
- Must have the Knowledge of Internal Audits.
- Should have attended the Internal Audits.
