Project Manager - Supply Chain/Logistics Domain (3-5 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of Blue Yonder solutions, specifically Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) and Order Promising (OP).

- This role will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation and ongoing management of Blue Yonder within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Blue Yonder Expertise:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder ESP and OP modules.

- Understand the intricacies of supply chain planning and execution processes.

- Guide the development team in designing and implementing Blue Yonder solutions.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.

- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Change Management:

- Identify and assess the impact of change on business processes and systems.

- Develop and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.

- Provide training and support to end-users.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to optimize Blue Yonder processes and configurations.

- Implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a supply chain or logistics environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder ESP and OP modules.

- Strong understanding of supply chain planning and execution processes.

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Certification in Blue Yonder or other supply chain planning tools is preferred
