Job Description
- In this role, you will join our Site Reliability Engineering Team within Cloud Productivity & Engineering (CPE) as a SRE Principal Engineer, Manager , reporting directly to the SRE Engineering Lead . This team is dedicated to building, developing, and supporting our Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platform to accelerate the time-to-market for innovative financial products.
- Design and Development: Own the design, development, and construction of sophisticated cloud services and capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, developers, and other specialists to ensure the efficiency of Azure/AWS/GCP Enterprise Scale Landing Zone platforms.
- Decision Making : Actively participate in decision-making areas such as observability, networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, and governance.
- Performance Optimization: Supervise and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
- Incident Management: Coordinate incident management processes, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on services.
- Automation: Develop and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all cloud services align with security policies and standard methodologies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
