Job Description
- Assists leadership in developing, preparing and supporting the Cyber Service Catalogue, Service Reporting and Service Transition processes
- Actively support in gathering, checking data, preparing and maintaining board and service review packs
- Track progress, engage with local teams and update relevant stakeholders on the operation of Cyber Security Services
- Produce periodic Service Reports as input to relevant governance meetings and forums
- Perform quality reviews of service reports and dashboards, ensuring the correct metrics are captured, validated and presented in line with the Service Catalogue
- Ensure accurate meeting notes and actions are documented and tracked as part of the entity and divisional service review governance
- Facilitate and support the annual review of other standards and documents owned by the Cyber Strategy and Service Governance team
- Liaise with service owners and other stakeholders to continually refine and improve services offered by the Cyber Security team
Technical / job functional knowledge
- Proficiency in control frameworks based on industry best practices, including NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001.
- Possession of a recognized Cyber Security qualification such is desirable.
- A degree or masters qualification in Cyber Security, Information Security, or IT Management is desirable.
- Knowledge of IT and Cyber Security policies and standards to ensure compliance and security best practices.
- Familiarity with risk frameworks to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
- Proficiency in management and operational reporting
- Ability to build compelling PowerPoint presentations and visualize sophisticated concepts effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Cyber Security trends and events, especially within Technology and financial services industry.
