Digital & Marketing Technology PM

Hands-on experience of managing projects for 5+ years
Strong understanding of traditional project management methodologies and frameworks including PRINCE2, PMP or alternatives and Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Experience and fluency in being able to communicate efficiently at all levels from technical teams to executive stakeholders
Strong risk, commercial and dependency management experience
Ability to work effectively with other project managers / workstream leaders under a Programme / Portfolio
Being able to navigate the organisation effectively to ensure successfully delivery of projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent written communication skills to produce impactful Steering / Board packs and high level stakeholder updates

PREFERRED SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Experience with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive pro-active attitude to work.
Knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.
