We are hiring Trainee Medical coders

Category - Life science graduate mandatory

. Medical Coding To read, review and understand the Patient Medical report and convert them into designed Medical Codes by following standard guidelines and instructions pertaining to the project/client/facility using standard coding tools like CPT, ICD, HCPCS coding books or any other applicable tools approved/provided by the reporting Officer.

2. Productivity To achieve and maintain 100% productivity consistently on a daily/weekly and monthly basis provided by the reporting Officer. 

3. Quality a. To achieve the productivity target with desired quality of 95% and above on any sample pulled for quality audit b. If the specialist/Senior specialist fails in any of the audits samples with the scores below 95%, he/she need to review the audit results and acknowledge the QA scores with appropriate reason for failing the audit with the improvement plan.

 4. RMR complete/ Uncoded UAC/Code As Is a. Medical records that are returned to respective Specialist/Senior Specialists coder ID after the Management review, he/she has to review the records and code the report as appropriate on a daily basis
