Logistics Executive

Indic is seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Executive to manage the flow of our electronic products from manufacturing to customer delivery. This role requires someone with strong logistical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate complex supply chain operations effectively.

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations ensuring smooth process flow.
• Ensure logistics system operates efficiently, including the storage and distribution of goods.
• Manage and oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, and other partners to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management and maintain records of all logistics operations.
• Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
• Respond to any issues or complaints arising during shipment and resolve them promptly.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, and shipping.

• bachelors degree or Masters degree in finance.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Executive or in a similar logistics role.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
• Strong working knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making.
