Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Python Programming (7-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python + AI Developer to join our team for a 3-year contract.

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI solutions within the Oil & Gas/Energy domain.

This role requires a strong background in Python programming, AI/ML, and experience applying these skills to solve real-world problems in the energy sector.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to optimize processes in the Oil & Gas/Energy domain (e.g., predictive maintenance, reservoir management, energy forecasting).

- Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, process, and prepare data for model training.

- Collaborate with domain experts to understand business challenges and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

- Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models to ensure accuracy and performance.

- Deploy and maintain AI/ML models in production environments.

- Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies to improve our solutions.

- Document code, models, and development processes.

- Contribute to the development of our AI/ML strategy within the Oil & Gas/Energy domain.

Mandatory Skills :

Python :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including relevant libraries for AI/ML (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

AI/ML :

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Desired Skills :

Generative AI :

- Knowledge of Generative AI models and techniques.

LangGraph :

- Experience with LangGraph (Big Plus).

LangChain Framework :

- Familiarity with the LangChain framework.

Oil & Gas/Energy Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas/Energy industry and its specific challenges.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in Python and AI/ML development.
