AEM Developer - OSGI Framework (7-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Developer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality AEM-based digital experiences for our clients. You will be a key member of our development team, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key

Responsibilities :

AEM Development :

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Integrate AEM with other systems and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, eCommerce).

- Develop custom components and services using OSGi framework.

- Implement AEM authoring and publishing workflows.

Backend Development :

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable Node.js backend services (RESTful APIs, microservices) using frameworks like Express.js.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure quality and stability.

Team Collaboration :

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to ensure project success.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Skills & Experience :

- 7-10 years of experience in developing and implementing AEM solutions.

- Strong experience in developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and JSTL.

- Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.

- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including OSGi framework and content repositories.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Experience with AEM touch UI and Headless AEM.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Adobe Certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer)
