Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning:
Install and commission medical devices such as C-Arm, X-Ray, USG, and other
radiology equipment at client sites.
Conduct device calibration and ensure operational efficiency post-installation.

2. Preventive Maintenance:
Perform routine preventive maintenance visits as per predefined schedules.
Ensure devices are functioning optimally and address potential issues
proactively.
3. Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose and resolve technical faults with precision.
Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for spare parts and ensure timely
repairs.
4. Customer Interaction:
Act as the face of Zoplar during client interactions.
Provide basic operational training to clients and end-users on medical equipment.
Address customer queries and build strong relationships for long-term
collaboration.

5. Lead Identification:
Identify potential opportunities for AMC/CMC sales and consumables during site
visits.
Communicate client needs and observations to the sales team.

6. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate service logs, preventive maintenance reports, and installation
records.
Provide timely updates on service activities to the reporting manager.

7. Compliance & Safety:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards while working on medical
devices.
Educate clients on maintaining environmental conditions suitable for medical
equipment.

Key Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or
related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in servicing medical devices (e.g.,
C-Arm, X-Ray, USG, DR systems).
3. Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of radiology devices and diagnostic
equipment.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric
approach.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently across Lucknow, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur.
6. Documentation Proficiency: Ability to maintain accurate service reports and records.
7. Certifications (Optional but Preferred): Any relevant training or certification in medical
device maintenance.
