Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The PPM performs following duties:
• Day to Day activity tracking of students placed at different clients across the globe.
• Maintain data and tracker of each Feezed batch of all projects
• Planning and Monitoring of counselling session of students of feezed batch by Post Placement Team.
• Coordination with Project Team and Corporate placement team for Placement of candidates.
• Tracking and Monitoring of all Running Batches, there closing date, Assessment date etc.
• Liaison surrounds all aspects of post placement and resolve issues relating to the retention of candidates on Job.
• Arranging required details to finance for Transferring PPS
• Strategy for ensuring dropout ratio after placement is not more than 5%.
• Strategy for engaging with candidates for life long.
• Tracking, planning and timely reporting of Travel and Stay plan of on-going candidates across all projects
• Daily and weekly tracking of PP Team.
• PPM is responsible for reporting to management of the problems or impending problems relating to post placement capacity
• PPM will liaise with Employers, Student and Project head. Liaison surrounds all aspects of post placement capacity and issues relating to the retention of candidates on Job.
• Building a system for student records after placement including student status, dropouts, not joined, placed, OJT letter, offer letter, Salary slip, bank account statement and travel information while moving from centre to job location
