Procurement Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage, execute and own end to end Procure to Pay functions for a certain cohort.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Imputing and maintaining data in procurement related tools and applications.
• Create and manage SOP in line with organization policies and update when necessary.
• Drive proactive communication within the team and also with interfacing teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members from all regions.

Must Have:

• Establish and maintain supplier relationships, and facilitate periodic business reviews to

continually identify process improvements and cost reduction opportunities

• Prepare analyses of spend data, category supplier bases, and cost models
• Manage complex projects from conception through implementation, including change management
• Manage supplier evaluations, performance feedbacks, and churn rates.
• 4 -6 years of sourcing experience in Procurement
• Experienced in using ZOHO BOOKS / ZOHO CRM / SAP
• Excellent problem solving, communications and command over language.
• Ability to provide fact-based strategy and sourcing recommendations
• Experienced user of advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERPs
• Significant expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
