About the Role:
LiveLaw is seeking a dynamic and proactive B2B Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing our client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management, sales, and operational coordination, with the ability to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing subscriptions and advertisement packages.
- Expand the client base through targeted relationship management and engagement strategies.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
Revenue and Financial Management:
- Manage invoicing, financial tracking, and subscription renewals.
- Streamline processes to ensure timely revenue collection and enhance client experience.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Oversee social media marketing and daily promotions to align with business goals.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies, driving B2B outreach and increasing engagement through personalized email marketing campaigns.
Operational Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical troubleshooting and ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to manage the publication of sponsored content, ensuring alignment with editorial policies and approval processes.
Recruitment and Team Building:
- Support recruitment initiatives, managing the hiring process to build strong operational and technical teams.
Business Performance Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports on various indicators of business performance.
- Provide actionable insights to founders for strategic planning and growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing subscriptions, invoicing, and financial tracking.
- Experience in social media marketing and email campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
