Job Description
- Lead the extraction of data from legacy systems, ensuring it is transformed to meet ERP data standards, and manage .csv imports and data uploads.
- Guarantee data integrity within the ERP system, establishing reliable and consistent data entry processes.
- Perform data analysis to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders on ERP implementation projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications, addressing issues and implementing solutions to prevent future problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT, to ensure the ERP system is aligned with and integrated into other business processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Present technical information clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization.
- Keep up to date with ERP system updates, new features, and industry best practices, suggesting and implementing improvements to maximize the system s capabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and training sessions, to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
- At least 5 years of experience with ERP systems, including implementation, data migration, and support.
- Skilled in JavaScript, pre-defined workflows, and analytics tools is preferred.
- Experience with data integration tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
