Health Cloud Lead + Salesforce

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health Cloud Lead with expertise in Salesforce to lead our healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent technical skills, and experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. The Health Cloud Lead will be responsible for driving business growth, leading project implementations, and ensuring successful adoption of Health Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Health Cloud project implementations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

- Provide thought leadership and expertise on Health Cloud and Salesforce solutions

- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP responses

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on technology and consulting

- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including Health Cloud

- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and patient engagement strategies

- Proven track record of leading successful project implementations and driving business growth

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA

- Certification in Salesforce Health Cloud or Administrator
