Looking for a System Engineer to join our team and perform system engineering activities in compliance with A-SPICE and corporate-defined processes. This role requires expertise in Polarion ALM systems and a strong focus on corporate quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 . The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in system engineering, with a proven ability to drive technical discussions, collaborate with customers, and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities System Engineering & Documentation
Leadership & Technical Support
Professional Growth & Representation
Follow defined System Engineering processes , including:
Collecting and analyzing stakeholder requirements .
Preparing system requirements and ensuring they are well-defined, testable, and can be broken down into software-level requirements.
Preparing system architectural design documentation .
Maintain strong customer engagement , providing support and clarifying technical points.
Drive internal technical discussions , supporting software requirement preparation and system-level testing .
Act as a mentor in solving technical challenges.
Ensure tasks are completed in alignment with corporate and customer standards & schedules .
Coordinate and/or lead system engineering activities during project development.
Support collaboration between local and remote teams .
Represent the company as an engineering professional , including participation in professional organizations , authoring patents and publications .
Engage in continuous professional development .
Support innovation and organizational programs .
Uphold and enhance the company s reputation .
Ensure confidentiality and proper management of company assets .
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in system engineering .
Strong knowledge of A-SPICE processes and ISO quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001).
Experience with Polarion ALM systems or similar tools.
Excellent technical problem-solving and mentorship skills.
Strong project coordination and customer communication abilities.
Experience in automotive or embedded systems engineering .
Familiarity with software development and testing practices .
Understanding of systems architecture and integration methodologies .
Work on innovative and challenging system engineering projects.
