Looking for an experienced Automotive Engineering Team Manager to lead our Mobility, IoT, and Industry-focused projects. This role requires a strong background in software and hardware engineering within the automotive industry , with hands-on experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers . The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, manage complex project timelines, and ensure the successful execution of infotainment and AUTOSAR-based solutions.

Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in Mobility, Infotainment, and IoT projects.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of infotainment, AUTOSAR, and IoT products.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and systems engineering .
Utilize deep knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and infotainment systems .
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
Lead technical discussions and decision-making for scalable and robust solutions.
Work closely with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to align project goals and deliverables.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Present technical updates and project progress to senior management and clients.
Implement best practices for software development, hardware design, and testing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262).
Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high product quality and reliability.
Interpretation of standards and norms to define hardware requirements.
Analog electronics design , including power supplies, microcontroller interfaces, and RFID base stations.
Radio electronics (868 MHz) design and antenna tuning.
PCB layout (6-8 layers) design expertise.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in automotive, mobility, and IoT-related projects.
Proven experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers .
Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and infotainment systems .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies .
Familiarity with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262).
Knowledge of vehicle networking protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB , and other development tools.
Work on cutting-edge automotive technologies .
