Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, providing technical guidance and expertise to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Drive best practices in Salesforce development, including code quality, version control, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends, ensuring our solutions leverage the latest capabilities effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce development, providing insights and recommendations to optimize system performance and functionality.
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integration, and deployment.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.) and customization (page layouts, record types, etc.).
- Experience in setting up the Salesforce Data security model like Profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, sharing setting etc.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator, and preferably Platform Developer II or Sales/Service Cloud Certification
