Job Description : AVP- Risk Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Building models to determine optimal collections approaches and predicting other key metrics.

- Analyze the performance of disbursed loans from risk and collections perspective to identify key trends and opportunities of NPA reduction.

- Lead automation of risk & Collections dashboard requirements.

- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the RF rates to collections and business teams.

- Generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders on the portfolio's performance and risk profile.

- Analyze the data for the existing journeys to identify key trends and opportunities of drop-off reduction.

- Lead automation of business dashboard requirements.

- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the approval rates to business and risk teams.

- Generate regular reports for senior management and stakeholders on the portfolio's performance and risk profile.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of Risk and Collections Analytics is mandatory.

- Excellent Problem-Solving & Analytical skills.

- Strong with Numbers (Quantitative Ability)

- Education - BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MBA
