Business Development Executive

Urgent Opening for business Development Executive / Manager in our healthcare domain.

Key Responsibility -

• Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within elite schools and educational institutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including school administrators, academic leaders, and procurement teams.
• Understand the unique needs and challenges of top-tier schools and create tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages in the educational sector.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to business development.
• Track progress, maintain CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline development

Qualifications -

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the education sector, particularly with elite schools or academic institutions.
• Proven track record of successful relationship building and sales growth in the education space.
• Strong understanding of the education market and the unique challenges and needs of elite schools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work independently to drive results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and other business development software.
• A passion for education and a deep understanding of the value of partnerships in academic success.
