We're looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer to be the backbone of our visual storytelling. You'll be the key enabler in bringing our brand to life. Transforming ideas into stunning designs for blogs, thought leadership pieces, brand docs, emailers, flyers, videos, and more; your skills & expertise would be turbocharged with the use of AI-tools & software! If you're quick, collaborative, and passionate about creating visuals that inspire, this role is for you.

Experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media creatives, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling
• Design assets for blogs, thought leadership content, emailers, brand documents, flyers, and videos
• Work with the team to ensure visuals align with brand identity and messaging
• Adapt designs for different digital platforms, including social media, email, and presentations
• AI-enabled Graphic Designing
• Leveraging AI-based design tools & software to produce high-quality multimedia at scale & rapid pace
• Ability to leverage, edit and refine AI-generated designs to ensure they meet our brand's quality and style standards
• Social Media & Campaign Support
• Create engaging and high-quality visuals for social media (static posts, carousels, GIFs, and short videos)
• Collaborate with the team on campaign planning while leading the execution of visual assets
• Ensure consistency in branding across all social media and marketing touchpoints
• Presentations & Marketing Collateral
• Design PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication
• Develop visually compelling brand and sales materials to enhance storytelling
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Edit short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Create basic animations to enhance engagement in videos and presentations

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Experience in Graphic Design & Social Media Portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in Canva & other design software Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
• Design high-quality visual content using AI-powered design tools
• PowerPoint Expertise Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations
• Basic Video Editing Skills Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva for video editing
• Team Player Ability to collaborate while managing multiple projects efficiently

Nice-to-Have:

• Photography & Web Design Skills Basic knowledge of photography, website layouts, and UI/UX principles
• Figma Knowledge Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
