Preferred candidate profile:

The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of quality control and quality assurance, in BRCGS certified woven sack plastic industry.

Must be in an Incharge position at least for 2 years.

Effectively Able to lead a team of Supervisors. Manpower management and computer skills are must.

Job Profile:

• Prepare Specification & Quality Plan for Incoming, in process & Finish product as per customer requirements / Internal standards
• Ensuring the Food Safety for raw material, Packing materials and finished products.
• To attend the customer complaint and analyze the same and report back to Sales & Marketing
• Responsible for carrying out inspection & testing of (RM, PM, WIP & Finish Product) as per Quality Plan.
• Responsible for identification & calibration of inspection, measuring & testing equipment.
• To handle customer complaints regarding product & keep the records
• Perform forward / backward traceability as per defined frequency
• Coordinate with FSTL for mock recall as per defined frequency
• Retention of finish product lot samples as per defined frequency
• Review & approval of artwork / shade card & retain approved Master shade card as per defined frequency
• Analysis of new product development samples / customer samples
• Responsible for carrying out Food fraud analysis (VACCP)
• Evaluate QC Supervisors performance, ensure discipline, identify training need and provide training, as required.
• Maintain BRCGS records and documentation as per packaging standards.
• Any other task as assigned by the Management.
