Job Description
- Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for game UI elements.
- Design and implement intuitive UI/UX solutions that enhance the gaming experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately in the game.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Assist in designing HUDs (Heads-Up Displays), menus, buttons, and other in-game elements.
- Ensure consistency across all UI/UX elements, adhering to the game s overall style and aesthetic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in game UI/UX design and incorporate best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic understanding of game engines (Unity, Unreal) and how UI/UX is integrated into games.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, especially in game-related UI/UX.
- Familiarity with current trends and standards in mobile, console, and PC game design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a player-first mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate your ideas clearly.
- Basic knowledge of prototyping tools and processes for game UI.
- Experience with user testing and iterative design processes.
