Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of user-centric design principles and standard processes to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Demonstrate patience and excellent listening skills to gather and understand client requirements, providing multiple design iterations as needed.

Explore and propose innovative design ideas, leveraging creativity and industry best practices.

Convert design concepts into high-quality HTML/CSS code, ensuring responsive and accessible web pages.

Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to refine designs and address feedback effectively.

Apply usability principles and best practices to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals, demonstrating self-motivation and strong problem-solving abilities.

Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4-8 years of professional experience in UX/UI design and HTML development, with a strong focus on user experience and web design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint for creating and presenting design concepts.

Strong portfolio showcasing web UX design projects, including research methodologies and problem-solving approaches.

Solid understanding of usability principles and best practices in responsive and mobile-first design.

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap for converting designs into functional, responsive web pages.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design solutions clearly.

Experience applying Agile principles to the design and development process to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS) and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack).

Experience in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Education

Bachelors degree in related field.
