LNW Gaming - Program Manager (7-15 yrs)

About the Role :

- As Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and overseeing a portfolio of slot games within the organization.

- This role involves coordinating with cross-function teams, ensuring project goals are aligned with the expectations, and delivering projects within specified scope and time constraints.

- Build and share reports on a regular basis to provide visibility on the project status and highlight risks to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

- Foster a collaborative working environment to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.

- Identify potential risk and issues that may impact the project success.

- Implement Agile best practices, lead and facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collect important metrics to measure the performance of the team and identify improvement areas.

- Build reports and share with relevant stakeholders to provide visibility on project status and sprint health.

Desired Experience and Qualifications :

- 12+ years of overall experience with at least 6+ years of experience in program management in a product development environment.

- Must have deep working hands-on experience in Planning, Monitoring, Tracking, Scope Management, Stakeholder Management & Delivery.

- Strong in EVM and reporting.

- Experience managing Product release end to end (including production rollout & maintenance) is a plus.

- Should be strong in communication, coordination, and teamwork.

- Should have proven experience in delivering projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban.

- Must have PMP, Agile Certified.

- Must have strong knowledge of JIRA, Visio, MPP, excel and SharePoint.

- Gaming experience is a plus.
