Pharmacist

Role & responsibilities:

• Dispense medications to customers, ensuring proper usage and dosage instructions.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide expert advice on medications, and ensure safe usage.
• Upsell and cross-sell pharmaceutical products to improve sales.
• Participate in outdoor campaigns, promoting the companys products and services.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and ensuring timely ordering from distributors.
• Use pharmacy software to manage prescriptions, stock, and customer records.
• Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and engage in proactive communication with customers regarding their health needs.
• Assist in training new staff and ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a pharmacy, preferably in the life pharma sector.
• Good communication and selling skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medications, and their uses.
• Ability to work flexible hours and round shift duties as needed.
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and punctual with a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory management.
• Proficiency in handling pharmacy software and ordering systems.
