The Relationship Manager – Agency is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with agency partners. Serving as the primary point of contact, this role ensures that client needs are understood and met while driving business growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, manage key accounts, and work to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main liaison between agency partners and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Develop a thorough understanding of each agency’s business objectives, needs, and market trends.
Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and presentations to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Account Management & Business Development
Manage and nurture existing agency relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic proposals and campaigns tailored to agency partners.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to both agency partners and internal stakeholders.
Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and strategic recommendations.
Ensure that service levels meet or exceed client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement
Address and resolve client concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Gather feedback from agency partners to drive improvements in products, services, and processes.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance overall client experience.
Market & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to agency partners.
Advise internal teams on emerging opportunities and challenges based on market and client feedback.
