Social Media Manager

• Strategize and manage social media (LinkedIn) profiles for LexiConn and clients to establish thought leadership and professional visibility.
  
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and personalized posts, including text, graphics, and multimedia.
  
• Monitor LinkedIn analytics and optimize strategies based on performance metrics and engagement.
  
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering connections. Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure effective content strategies.

Ideal Profile:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  
• Proven experience (23 years) in managing LinkedIn profiles, social media content, or personal branding.
  
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and professional posts.
  
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  
• Understanding of LinkedInalgorithm and best practices for organic growth.
  
• Creative, organized, and proactive in handling multiple profiles.
  
• Should have a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet.
